Dave Hall of The Academy of First Response recently conducted mask-fitting tests for members of the Fire Department. N95 masks are used to prevent transmission of H1N1 flu, TB, and other air-borne illnesses. To be sure the mask fits correctly, we all had to wear one under a silly looking yellow hood while Dave sprayed in a noxious but harmless vapor. Shown here are Mark Thompson and John Pirkey.
